Lo condemns pensioner robberies

South Belfast Alliance MLA Anna Lo has condemned the robbery of a pensioner in
Anna Lo MLA said: "It takes a particularly despicable type of person to be able to bring themselves to rob a pensioner in their home. While I do not want to be alarmist, there appears to have been a significant rise in incidents like this and I would call on the police to continue to try to put more police on the beat.
These thugs are nothing but cowards and they need to be taken off our streets.
My thoughts are with anyone who has faced traumatic incidents of this nature in recent times."
